Companies have an interest in ensuring that their employees work together synergistically and their encounters are in a spirit of respect and appreciation. If this is not possible among certain people, then a neutral intervention can help.

A few hours usually suffice for most employees to release the stress and strain involved in a dispute and assume a cooperative spirit.

Format:

  • Preliminary discussion with the manager and the conflicting parties
  • Working together with the conflicting parties 0.5 - 2 days
  • Presentation of the results to the manager (progress and intermediate results remain confidential)
  • Follow-up after approx. 6 months to ensure stability and sustainability
