Graduate in business administration with 20 years of management experience in marketing.
I have an extensive management background in sales and product development in multinational companies as well as large and medium-sized companies such as Coca Cola, Burger King, Ritter Sport, Südmilch, Seagram and Vorwerk.
Through extensive training and further education in the field of psychology, coaching and systemic organisational constellation work, I have continued to qualify myself and been working as an independent consultant, coach and trainer in Germany in both German and English since 2009.
I couple my business experience with my psychological expertise and view and accompany clients holistically.
My way of working is characterised by sound, solution-oriented pragmatism, undergirded by an unconditional, positive attitude.
Diana Weber
Coach, trainer, alternative practitioner for psychotherapy
I started my career as a communications specialist and have worked for such companies as TDK, Expo 2000 and Blaupunkt as a marketing manager. I had already gained 20 years of business experience before I started my own business in 2006 after extensive advanced training as a coach and psychological consultant. I now work as a systemic coach, trainer, family and organisational consultant in both German and English. I combine management and communications experience with expert psychological training and consider and treat clients’ needs holistically in our practice and in-house at our clients. My high level of empathy, intuition and goal-orientation ensure only the right solutions are identified and implemented, especially for such difficult but common topics as distortions and friction in larger systems through untreated trauma.
Dr. Michael Schellenberg

I have more than ten years of teaching experience (marketing, entrepreneurship, communications) at various business schools and universities both in the UK and Germany. My systemic coaching engagements encompass personal and corporate contexts alike and include leadership topics, coaching for complex decision-making, time management as well as work-life-balance, amongst others. In this context, my passion for helping individuals solve complex matters is paired with my love for structure - and the assertion that most clients already possess the required resources to find solutions to their specific challenges. I enjoyed a semi-professional football career, love water sports and know what real teamwork looks like. In the light of the Quintessence coaching training, I am eager to employ my didactic expertise and holistic view on coaching to empower participants to successfully coach and guide other individuals themselves.
